Structural Steel Erection Projects, Built to Specification.
Browse our structural steel erection projects alongside aluminum fabrication work and photos from our RWMF facility — a selection of completed jobs delivered on schedule and to specification.
The structural steel erection projects below reflect real jobs completed by our team — from school buildings and commercial structures to steel frame assemblies and certified FCAW welding on site.
Each photo is organized by category so you can review the type of work most relevant to your own project before requesting a quote — whether that's heavy structural steel, in-shop CNC processing, or lighter architectural aluminum.
Steel Erection (RSE)
The majority of the structural steel erection projects here — on-site assembly, certified structural welding, and final QC inspection across commercial buildings, schools, and multi-part steel frames.
RWMF Facility
The shop side of the operation: CNC processing, bandsaw operations, plasma cutting, and beam line work happening inside our facility before parts ever reach a job site.
Aluminum
Lighter-gauge fabrication work, like railing and architectural components, that calls for a different set of tools and techniques than heavy structural steel.
Together, these three categories give a fairly complete picture of what our team handles on a week-to-week basis, from raw material processing through final on-site installation.

A few notes on how we run this portfolio, in case they're useful before you send us a project.
Most of the structural steel erection projects shown here involve on-site FCAW welding, multi-part steel frame assembly, and QC inspection prior to hand-off — the same standards we apply to CNC processing and shop fabrication back at our facility, governed by the AISC Code of Standard Practice. If you have a similar project in mind, our estimating team can review your files and provide a detailed, accurate quote.
Photos here aren't staged product shots — they're pulled directly from active job sites and our shop floor, which is intentional. Procurement teams and project engineers evaluating a new fabrication partner want to see how a shop actually runs day to day, not a polished brochure.
We update this portfolio as new structural steel erection projects wrap up, so it's worth checking back if you're comparing fabricators for an upcoming job. If a particular category catches your eye, use the filter above to narrow the view.
Have questions about a specific job pictured here, or want to know whether we've handled something similar to what you're planning? Reach out through our contact page with a brief description of the scope, and our team will point you to comparable past work along with an estimated timeline. We're happy to walk through material selection, sequencing, and delivery logistics before you commit to anything — no pressure, just a straight answer about whether we're the right fit for your project.
